Currently available M.Sc. and Ph.D. Projects
Our group work on developing dynamical systems methods and approaches in various areas of engineering and applied science. Current areas of interest include:
- Dynamic-based machine learning of nonlinear dynamics
- Model-order reduction and control of mechanical systems
- Learning nonlinear dynamics from data
- Model reduction for robotics
- Model-order reduction for fluid flows and fluid-structure systems
- Data-driven extraction of invariant manifolds in fluid flows
- Model reduction for nonlinear jointed structures
- Parametric reduced order models for MEMS
- Reduced order models for hypersonic aeroelasticity
If interested in a masters project, please send your CV, bachelor and masters level transcripts to the person supervising the masters project.
If interested in a Ph.D. project, please send your CV, bachelor and masters level transcripts (and copies of your English test scores if you are not in an English-language study program) to Prof. George Haller at
